The section of 20 Ave SE on the east side of the busy 11 St SE corridor dwindles to a dusty and underutilized road. This road crosses the railway track and connects to the Local Motive Complex in the former 1905 Standard Soap Company building site. A microsite at the center of the vast open landscape of the industrial heritage area, the crossing is currently dominated by a discarded Jersey barrier and a listing crossbuck sign.
